METAFICTION is a five-track EP exploring the ambiguity and transformation of sonic identity.

Electric guitar, voice and analogue synthesizer form the starting points of a compositional process shaped by fractures, interferences, distortions and digital transformations.

Sounds are fragmented, layered, deformed and reconstructed, moving between saturation and rarefaction, unstable melodies and unexpected harmonic openings.

The electric guitar gradually loses its recognizable identity, while the voice becomes a physical gesture, a sonic presence that interacts with the surrounding material.

Improvisation becomes a space for discovery, subsequently reorganized through composition. The creative process remains perceptible, revealing the continuous transformation of sound.

METAFICTION explores the tension between structure and instability, questioning how far a sound can change while retaining traces of its origin.
